Managing based on evidence is not about overloading meetings with indicators. It's about asking the right questions, interpreting data in context, and assessing what changed after each action. When reliable data is unavailable, I design and implement data-collection mechanisms that provide the foundation for more rigorous decisions, grounded in evidence rather than perceptions.

Working with technical teams, I develop management tools tailored to the reality and priorities of each project. The solutions combine telemetry, process automation and data visualisation, turning operations into useful information for control, decision-making and continuous improvement.
The aim is not to add another tool. It is to reduce repetitive work, make operations visible and give decision-makers information they can use.
